I missed one quest in chapter 1 can i reload and complete it or do i have to completely replay the game?

If you still have a save from before that quest, you can load that save, do the quest and keep going from there. But you would need to replay everything from that save to the point where you are now. You can't do the quest, save on a separate file and continue with your current game and still have the quest be tracked for the record/achievement.
