Add Deadzone calibration for Triggers
The Steam Deck has huge deadzones on the triggers that cannot be changed.
We need to have an option in the settings menu from where we can control it. As it is, right now, it's really hard to do precise throttle/brake with these pre-defined settings.

The trigger calibration utility in desktop mode doesn't do the job, it just sets the huge deadzones.

I don't know where you've been looking, but the Deck already has config for the deadzones: Trigger Range Start and Trigger Range End. The default is for anything below 1000 (out of 32768) to send nothing, and for anything over 32000 to send the max value, and both are configurable.

If whatever game you're playing imposes additional deadzones, that's on the game devs.

I tested my triggers with SteamOS built-in test and it doesn't detect any input until about third of the way. It's really bad.
Yep, very needed.
