there are MANY instances even within STEAM OS itself that i cannot scroll properly..
Example:
any time there is a feature sale or something and they have those free item unlocks like icons or frames - just try to navigate that on your deck.. it has never worked for me so i have to use my phone or my PC.

What seems to be stuck is theres no "multi-touch" for scrolling on the touch screen or touch pads in *some* interfaces and if someone hasnt fixed that for every single human interface that usually expects a scroll wheel you cant actually do anything.

This has happened to me with game menus and steam itself in multiple places but its not constant so i feel like most people just give up, ignore it, or never encounter it but its certainly NOT a default function swap from normal mouse and KB useage
