i completed the game 100% but it doesn't take it into account in completed games and i can't even find it

im pretty sure level 13 is bugged, ive popped every single swirl (even the one at the bottom thats kinda hard to notice) but it just wont let me finish the level. also the progress bar wont move at all. anyone else have this problem or is it just me?
