Select Mission Bug

I just completed the game and still I only see "Contact" in the mission selection.
I checked the save folder and there are all files for the other missions.

Happened same to me, and what more frustrating I couldn't even get achievement for completing this game because of that I think.

EDIT. I just tried start a new game by mission select option and now game is counting my progress, this may be useful for someone in future.
