Perhaps because there are some keybindings that are horrible for no reason? Different keyboards and hand sizes change what is comfortably in reach or not. Like Ctrl for crouch is hard to reach for me. I would also love if they added the option to change keybinds. It's a pretty basic feature imo.

Movement is essential for this sort of game. Can't move without proper keybinds...

But I did also gave up on this game, kind of.
Whatever development activity there may be left, it passes the basics by.

No, steam requires a 1 time payment of $100 that they actually give back if your game makes $1000 in sales. They also take 30% of every sale made. SoullessGinger just didn't do any research before posting.
