Just purchased for myself and a friend. Neither of us can play because "failed to connect" upon start. Are servers down? What gives? I will be asking a refund if I don't hear anything soon.

I've been playing for 7 hours now and I haven't even gotten the base bull skin, while I have at LEAST multiple skins for all of the other models of robots. Is it like a high-rank thing? I'm at level 21, rank silver two.
