not public domain content
its been awhile and ive slowly been processing through the claims...

some notes of which movies are not in any way classified public domain

The House of the Dead 1978 Devil Times Five 1974 aka People Toys Invasion of the Bee Girls 1973 aka Graveyard Tramps Savage Weekend 1979 aka Killer Behind The Mask Driller Killer 1979

i would argue that driller killer is public domain, however fighting against youtube's copyright claim by the original director proved fruitless.

the other films are not listed notably on any public domain sites
the house of the dead is one i did find had a proper registry in 1978

im not asking for the developer to remove these films, im just making aware for anyone wishing to share recorded/live content of these interactive story games.

Yeah i was upset i was under the impression public domain. Then i thought maybe its the music scores Driller Killer is full of music. I own the dvd of Driller Killer i didn't know that was public domain ?

I was doing gameplays but after 2 failed videos i lost my excitement and enthusiasm to do more videos for the dlc. Why because i can invest all that time and effort and resources but i have no idea if it was a waste of time until i have produced and uploaded and edited the entire thing.

Im not mad at the devs at all but the whole public domain thing gives off just that public domain leaving us the customer thinking perfect games to film videos of. Maybe a disclaimer you can tell us which is copyright and which is fine to make videos. It would save us a lot of pain and suffering.

It's been a ROUGH ride on Youtube and they are at times inconsistent with their claims. I've had no claims on trailers, but the streams are much more susceptible.
Yet, I've added free demos of all 20 movie games on Google Play Store. 2 were flagged and then I appealed and it was fine. I think Youtube / Google are overly cautious and have many copyfraud problems in general.
I would generally advise Twitch for streaming this type of content and then maybe upload vod to Youtube.
