cant save

Hello all. i bought the game but it can not save. does anybody know how or what the problem is and how to fix it?

I think since the game autosaves maybe check one of the files? I'm not super tech-savvy with this. So is it like...giving you the icon that it's quicksaving? Or does it show up but nothing happens? I haven't run across that bug yet, hopefully.

There is no quicksave, only autosave.

i know . but that IS the problem it doesnt save anything

it shows saving b ut then says failed to save

Well that's strange. Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling it?

i did. :C i also sended a mail to EA 5 monthes back . still no awnser
