Can't attack?

When I push forward with the lance, I'm not able to to hit anything despite it going through my targets. Am I supposed to hold a button down?

Hello, thanks for your interest in Jousting VR.
To properly attack a target in Jousting VR you have to swing your lance at the object to destroy it - just like you would in real life.

I figured it out. I've been thrusting with the lance like you would in real life.

In the game, you have to "slash" with it; give it horizontal or vertical movement. I thought it was all about thrusting! My bad :)
