Can you Train it on new voices? What is involved?
Might like to use this for more than just gaming videos...

There is a separate app in development called xVATrainer that might be what you are looking for.

From the xVASynth discord:
"xVATrainer will be a companion app for xVASynth, used for training custom voices. Development for this has started, but it will still take some time before it is ready (no ETA yet)."

Yes, its would be very interesting!
But, what about licensing of the output? I mean, if I train it with my voice or someone who gave me the permission, can I use the audio files created with XVASynth commercially?

You won't have issues with the author of this software. No clue if other parties that may be involved will share that. The primary purpose of xVASynth is game modding.
