I'm streaming to a Chromecast with Google TV via the Steam Link app. After a few races, the game goes from 60 FPS (max set in settings) to a hard locked 30 FPS. What I've tried: Turned VSYNC off. Switched from full screen to borderless window. What works: In game settings, setting max FPS to something other than 60 FPS and then back to 60 FPS fixes the issue temporarily....

i have this game since a month by now and i just now tried to use remote play but i can't do it due to there no option to do it. why not have it enabled so we could play with people while using the split screen option?
