Controller issues

How did they manage to break controller support that worked good two months ago?
Now it's really impossible to play with controller, because it keeps changing to keyboard constantly which breaks control schema.
Controller: xbox controller

fr tho i play with ps5 and it only recognizes have the controller wtf

The Issue seems to be with Steam input. Launch the game via the ea app and everything works as it should. Really sad to see the steam version this broken. :(

u just have to exit steam while running the game trough ea app found that out a couple days ago myself , other than that it works perfectly fine if you do that

I don't like the idea of using ea app without steam - I highly doubt that saves will be successfully saved in cloud and not corrupted + yes, I'd like to get some achievements and I don't think the'll sync with ea app.
