Boring
I wasted £27 on the PlayStation version.

Why is it that kingdom come deliverance, a game set in medieval times, with nowhere near the budget, be more entertaining than this multimillion dollar game from a billion dollar publisher?

It’s just so meh. MEH.

Nothing about the gameplay is even remotely fun.
Go down this corridor, fight enemies
Go down side corridor, open crate
Go down more corridors fight more enemies
Boss fight

You like more adventure game than souls like.

Run down hill to fight enemy instead down corridor and fight enemy.

Both have sword fighting in it, yet the multi million dollar game is just button bashing

If we simplify enough, every game is either button smashing or holding, depending on game.

Only difference is, in kingdom come deliverance you button smash sword, here a saber.

One is science fiction, other is medieval. Mod saber of medieval, you get same game.

No, it's literally you excessively exaggerating. You'd have to have quite literally skipped the entire outdoor segments and not done any side missions or tasks to see it that way.

The world and gameplay are both well crafted, it mainly just suffered from performance issues, most of which are very minor after the patching.
