Runs TERRIBLE (help please)
I have a computer that definitely has the specs to run it but after loading it up without ray tracing it is getting about 10 fps. Its unplayable and I don't know if it's fixable or if I should just return it.

Well what are your specs and what settings are you using in-game?
I have a AMD Ryzen 7 8840U w/ Radeon 780M Graphics and 32 gb of ram. Even with the lowest graphics its getting about 10 fps

Even with AMD FSR activated you cannot really expect much beyond the 30 fps mark.
Make sure you have it activated.

I played it on Radeon 680m which is a little slower. You should definitely try frame generation mod

Check that raytracing is disabled. Also you should install latest Adrenalin driver and use OSD to monitor GPU clock. Running on APU is tricky because this game utilizes CPU a lot and this may steal power from iGPU as they share it. You may try using ryzenadj --min-gfxclk ... or another parameter that may be available on 780m to lock iGPU clock so that it is not dropped.

Sorry to say this but unfortunately, you don't have the specs to run it. 780M is slightly below a Desktop 1050 ti released in 2016.

On Radeon 680m I havel it plays at 40 fps FullHD in Koboh with Med-High settings, LukeFZ FSR FG mod Balanced preset. In Nova Garon it's close to 60 fps. 780m is 5 fps faster than 680m in general so it is playable all right due to powerful Ryzen CPU cores.
