Assim como Tekken 7, Soul Calibur e TODOS jogos de Dragon Ball e Naruto, Tekken 8 sofre com o ganância absurda da Bandai Namco, jogo já de preço altissimo e as DLC vem para encarecer o produto ainda mais, comprei esse jogo na pré-venda e essa empresa tem a cara de pau de lançar uma DLC de Stage que fica de fora para aqueles que compraram a pré-venda E A SEASON PASS, além de ser um descaso com os fãs da série é um desrespeito ao consumidor, enquanto a Namco continua com essa prática predatória essa analise continuará negativa.

Mesmo após quase 30 anos de Tekken, esse jogo consegue me surpreender com o avanço e modernização de mecanicas novas ou otimizadas que antes ja faziam dessa franquia um diferencial no mundo dos jogos 3D, acompanho a franquia desde pequeno e Tekken 3 foi de longe um dos jogos que mais joguei no PlayStation 1, assim como o Tekken Tag 1 no PlayStation 2 e Tag 2 no X360. A iplementação da Metter Gauge foi algo genial e trouxe consigo uma maneira menos arbitrária de agressivar ou dar um comeback de uma situação onde uma luta estaria perdida.
De história só tenho a dizer que é Tekken, se tentar leva a sério demais fica tosco e da um pouquinho de vergonha alheia mas quando dozam na medida certa o absurdo e o humor fica muito divertido, ver personagens como Jin, Hwoarang, Paul, Kazuya e Lee de volta da forma que eles merecem é gratificante demais para um fã saudosista.
A Jogabilidade continua o mesmo feijão com arroz de sempre presente em todos outros jogos da franquia anteriormente, obviamente polidos e incrementados para trazer uma experiencia diferenciada e mais "limpa" em comparação direta com o jogo anterior. Apesar de sentir um pouquinho um certo desequilibrio com os combos extendidos com as paredes acredito que no todo o jogo esta caminhando cada vez mais para um balanceamento mais justo quando olhamos para os "kits" independentes de cada personagem.
Tekken sempre foi sempre será um titulo muito importante para mim e para muitos outros, mas 8 mostrou as garras, ou melhor, os punhos como jamais outro na historia dessa franquia, acredito fielmente que ele é e continuara sendo por um tempo um dos melhores jogos do genero Luta 3D dessa geração!

I love Tekken. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the devs don't care about the playerbase and uses them as cash cows. The respect has been lost from the playerbase. All this going on and they don't balance the game properly. Playing at the highest level is a joke and they need to take the time to fix the game. Instead of a succubus pack how about a balanced Drag. A lot of characters need fixing but I think you get the point. Once they fix the game I will probably recommend the game but now, DON'T.

I don't get it, The excuse Harada kept saying is that we don't want users to be banned becuz of different laws and ♥♥♥♥?? I say ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, Mortal Kombat has done this ♥♥♥♥ with Quitality already. How come Tekken still has this damn problem ever since TEKKEN TAG 2!!

Also different Laws?? like Even Dota, and League of legends are banning players left and right, Hell League can ban you for literally being a genuine nice human being. Meanwhile Dota 2 out here trolling a smurf on a lifetime ban on stream! What's Tekken's excuse here??


I'm just very pissed at the fact that pluggers are still an Issue. Yeah we can report them... but the fact that plugging in general gets no punishment whatsoever. No punishment? then what's stopping them from doing it again and again on a few separate ocassion?? The point being... THE PLUGGING ISSUE IS NOT FIXED. you guys have a decade of learning with other FIghting games out there and other E-sports game, but the fact that we still have this problem OVER A DECADE is just a joke.... but hey... I guess the effort went to Tekken store I guess..

Runs well.. definitely exceeded my expectations. Low settings, TSR, Med Post Processing works wonders!!

I just wanted to start this mini review by saying I love Tekken I've been playing since Tekken 3, played on PS1, PS2, PS3, PSP, etc, is just sad to see the game in the state it is at the moment, it seems like the company got super greedy after they included the Tekken shop into the game, everything they are doing is pure greed.

I bought Tekken 8 with the season pass included (TEKKEN 8 - Ultimate Edition was released $109.99), for Takken 7 this meant you would get all the characters including stages for that season, is it the same for tekken 8? NOOOO it's not!! Not only the game is trying to constantly trying to shove down your throat the season pass but it's also getting you to pay for the bloody stages.

For me stages in this game are a must have as every stage adds a new element and a mini mechanic so you need to be able to trained in this stages and know these stages if you want to play this game competitively, I feel having to pay for the stages for this game after paying $109.99 is insane. Having to pay for stages adds an other pay wall on top of the other pay wall the game has.

I did not mind the battle pass they added as is not something you have to buy to enjoy the game, I looked at it as a way for fans to support the game, however even the battle pass itself the things you get from it are not worth, they are pretty much recycled elements/items from other Tekken games.

As fans it seems we keep getting kicked in the face, if you wanna play Tekken 8 and you want all the stages and want to play all the characters with cool costumes get your Wallet out the days were this nice amazing game had you pay for a season pass to get all the content are over.

The game for me was fun at first, even for new comers, however it seems like the game has shifted, wanna rage? you wanna pay for everything that used to be standard? buy Tekken 8.

Save your money and buy Tekken 7, overall the game has a better fighting system and no garbage heat system that punishes the player for playing defensive.

We just need to hope and wait that the company sees that the fans have stopped playing the game, maybe they can react in time and save the game, but at the moment I will not be playing the game until they look at these elements.

None of the above will effect pro established players as they will pay for this sort of content even if it's £100, however for players that don't have that kinda money will feel excluded and it adds another pay wall, just think about it we might not see another story like Arslan Ash if they keep doing this sort of thing.

It is really sad how Tekken has changed from Free content, extra side story gameplay, FREE unlocks like characters and customization items to everything that was free in previous games are now locked by a paid wall. also for the rage art thats like sucks .

Long time Tekken fan here since Tekken 3, man has this game fallen dramatically and would not recommend the game with the newly added micro-transactions (post-launch), predatory currency system, and a huge lack in improving the quality of the game.

After giving Bandai enough time since release to get things things straight, having to pay for new stages is the last straw they are pulling on me. As a player who purchased the deluxe edition on release, I am tired of being shafted and urge other players to actually voice their opinion instead of just accepting and saying "this is just the way it is with video games".

Bandai Namco truly is a money hungry company that just happened to get its hands on a great title and instead of making it better by prioritizing the player feedback, they do the complete opposite by prioritizing their pockets first, following suit with other trash studios, and completely ruining this game.

Familiarize yourself with the new board of directors of Bandai, steer away from the games they associate with, and vote with your dollar.

This game since then has been more of a spectacle of Bandai Namco showing its true colors than anything. There are abundant updates on bikini costumes for all the female characters, but you can still plug the game in a ranked match and not receive a loss. How?

Harada and Bandai has lost my good will for sure. Lesson learned.
