I played for 70 hours and I enjoyed it, and I have beaten this game on its hardest difficulty level. So I think I can write a short review.

This is a roguelike cardgame. Slay the Spire is the most famous of this type of game.

This game is probably something like 2nd place for roguelike cardgames, and that is pretty high praise.

That's the TLDR, here are some misc details you may find intersting:

* This game puts pressure on you from the first fight. It's not a game where there are a bunch of easy fights, and then a hard boss. Every fight can kill you.

* At the beginning of each run, you draft a leader, one of three from huge pool that you never have complete access to. Most of these leaders are not really very viable though. Choose carfully!

* There are 3 different teams to play as. One is the sort of "generic" team, but it can specialize in ice, poison, or healing, among a few other minor things. One is the "summoner" team and summoning is very strong because, you can tank with the summed characters. One is the "gnome" team which uses gadgets and ink. The ink is very strong because it cancels the enemy's special ability.

My favorite deckbuilder, right above Slay the Spire and Inscryption. This game is fresh in it's mechanics, polished in it's balance, has a cure artstyle, and will make you think hard about both creating your deck and fighting through encounters, each with it's own strengths, weaknesses and strategy.

50+ hours after first booting it up I still find myself thinking about my actions carefully. It's replayability ceeling, unless you will be interested in daily runs which prioritize speed, is probably around 100-200 hours, but I can't say for sure.

There is a lot of people saying this game is too unfair or RNG. I don't know if there was ever truth to it, but after 1.2 update it's definetly not true. With enough knowlege and thinking, base difficulty can be played consistently without loses and without ever using charms. Current uninterrupted personal winstreak is 9.

This is a very smol recommend. More like a neutral review.

The game is pretty, has good music and provides solid gameplay for a limited amount of time, but to me it feels like it lacks in content and variability. There are countless better alternatives: Knock on the Coffin Lid, Monster Train etc. If you've played all of those - this can be ok as a fast deck-building fix, but do not expect any depth or longevity.
