Your save folder is located here:

How do I get to my save folder? 3 different ways.
1) Open 'Run' through the Windows Start Menu and paste the above folder location
2) Press 'WIN + R' on your keyboard and paste the above folder location
3) Open 'File Explorer' and paste the above folder location into the address bar

Zipping the folder
1) Right click on the folder named 'Saved'
2) Select 'Send To' -> 'Compressed (zipped) folder'
This will generate a zip file you can then upload as an attachment
