I just suffered an awful bug - i got a visual glitch in world 3-1 after beating a grim horde(the item box -pink- was showing till i picked it up). Then when i teleported to the next world it incorrectly sent me to 3-3(the boss) and i couldnt attack. Upon closing and reopening the game, i was then sent to 3-2(the 2nd area), and my level 17 weapon disappeared...it made me choose a brand new weapon at lvl 3...on a kings world, this was a death sentence. I rarely find these bugs but getting one on a solid run really bums me out.
