you're gonna know this one is non player friendly

After almost 1,500 hours of playtime, the game suddenly couldn't log into my account anymore due to a security update. I tried everything suggested online to get my account back, and everything failed. Customer support was absolutely no help, telling me to try things I already tried and repeating the same answers as most online discussion forums for this game. Their extreme mishandling of account security and their support team's inability to recover my lost account has cost me nearly 1,500 hours of my life. Absolutely disgusted.
