!00% the game it says to check the weapon skins for a reward. Am I missing it? or just blind?

It's the very last skin should have a different icon then rest

Running into this problem too, actually. I've got the completionist System log but I'm not seeing any new skins for my weapons

Maybe leave and go to a different log? Or quit and try to reload save? If it still doesn't work I'll let you know how to send me your save so I can investigate
