I have my twitch link from the main menu but none of the twitch drops are in my inventory, any know how to fix this?

I played this game for the first time with a large group and it was great having everyone show up in events and have conversations and such- but it also makes me worry that with a smaller group, there wouldn't be enough Nobles for that to happen very often, and with only 3 votes max, decisions wouldn't be very dynamic. Has anyone played with a small group and can attest as to how it goes?...
