I think I'm missing something.

I'm stuck on Polluted Platoon Pathfinder and the game says that I should dodge the blue attacks, but when I do the boss literally teleports on top of me, and one-shots me.

Is there a way to prevent the blue attacks?

I'm getting pretty good at baiting the fourth attack and then dealing some damage, but this one-shot thing always ends it.
