Is there a way to store only specific items in storage racks and fridges?

I want to keep just algea and medecin in the hospital fridge
or just food and agriculture products in the kitchens.
If not, can someone help me understand how the in and out rule works?

From what I understand, the out and in rules of production only seem to
work in isolating the actions in the room it's self.
