Map-O-Matic gone?

I did the treasure hunt sidequest, got the Map-O-Matic, quit the game, and now when I load it back up I no longer have the Map-O-Matic and the treasure hunt sidequest is marked as completed so I can't do it again. Known bug? Any fix?

I had the same thing happen. Even though it was marked as completed, I went back to the place where I got it, and thankfully was able to retrigger the cutscene and reopen the chest.
