New update broke Nvidia Reflex?

Anyone else experiencing weird bug where turning on Nvidia Reflex with framegen set to off locks framerate to 58fps? I'm on a 120hz display.
Also, sometimes the menu breaks and you can't select DLSS Framegen at all, only AMD.
Finally, Direct Storage still seems to cause frametimes to suffer. Haven't done a proper comparison yet though.

I can confirm that direct storage still causes the frame time stutter as i had to disable it after buying this game on sale

Many people say to turn off nvidia reflex or delete direct storage to fix stutters etc. but I have no problem.

I have the same problem. Except the framerate tanks badly with DLSS Frame Gen too. I swear it was working at the expected 115 fps for a long time until something happened.

It actually runs faster for me if I disable reflex / DLSS FG entirely right now.
