Open beta testing of updates for Linux.

Beta version is only for Ubuntu 21.04 and higher, since new versions of packages are required and outdated distributions are not supported.

Instruction:
1. Go to the library with games and choose the game Earth 2160.
2. Right-click on the context menu and select the "Properties" menu.
3. Go to the "BETAS" tab and enter the beta test password.
4. On the same tab, select the desired branch.
5. Wait for the update and play.

Branch: linuxbeta
Password: betaEarth2160LINUX

Played a bit last night, and seems to be working very well.
The game can get sometimes a bit confused when you change resolutions in full screen mode, but it recovers after a game restart.

So basically the "select language" launch option works, the Editor also seems to work (I haven't played with it extensively though) and like I said, the game itself has no mouse/etc issues.
