Can't create a profile

Hello, I have a problem, I can't create a profile in the game, I don't know the reason but the game is creating my profile in C:\Users\Onedrive\Documents\Earth 2160, I got a warning message " You dont have space in your disk" and I can't continue, I have like 500 GB free!!!!, I don't why I can't create my profile and start the game.

Maybe you need to give admin rights. If the game or steam has not enough permission, it will say 0mb disc space. 🤔🙈

Maybe you use a partition and now there is not enough space?

Thanks for the reply, I have more than 500 GB free, I will see the permissions.
