Report a translation problem
The nice thing about the inability to skip song parts is that they burn into your brain and you love them even more, in some cases it also helps with remembering if you heard that part already.
But jokes aside, I understand. But they probably need some parts to be unskippable for a couple of reasons: steam refund abusers and reviewers who skip the whole game in a few minutes and complain. The songs are also the main part of this game, so that probably is a reason in itself.
Speaking for myself, I want a skip feature not just for songs, but for dialogue and any scene I've already seen. Most visual novels I've played have that feature, which makes it easier to try out different routes.
