I'd set a timer for 1 hour and 50 minutes... if you can't get the game to work, refund it and maybe try again later if you see it on sale or something... I've saved a lot of money doing this to ensure I only buy Quality from Steam.

Same here. Impossible to link the accounts so we can't play. Microsoft, on their forum is blaming steam, of course...
