Game Crash on Launch- “Waiting for Secure Storage”

I was playing with no issues last night after the update. Tried to play today and can’t even start the game. Verified game files and everything .

Same... tried safe mode and logging in/out of steam... about to try to uninstall but hoping they fix it first
