The patch notes say that a bug that flips "sort out" option has been fixed. I have never had this happen until today. Why are they suddenly flipping for me?

I'm experiencing a bug preventing puzzles from counting as completed. When I place the last piece, nothing happens. If I quit to the main menu, the puzzle is shown as 98% for a 200 piece puzzle, or 99% for a 100 piece puzzle. If I load the puzzle again, the puzzle appears finished (the image doesn't have the jigsaw pattern anymore), but it still seems to think a piece is missing....

I can't believe that nobody complains when developers do this, and it's so scummy. You play the game for hours to grind all achievements and then realize you can't do them all because of a paywall. It's so easy to come up with different and better achievements yet you decide to add a few that can't be done unless you purchase a DLC. Also it's comical that you can't do puzzles over 200 pieces without the DLC as well....

Steam store lists a free version, a full version for $4.99, and a dlc that says full customization for $5.99 currently on sale for $4.something. I'm trying to buy the full version, but steam is giving an error that says "unable to initialize or update purchase."...
