The game has had controller support for some time. I play with a controller all the time.

Only time it's worked for me is with Steam controller support. I'm talking about the game supporting it.

Even with Steam support there are many issues like left stick not working after picking up an object, not be able to select items from the Style 2 inventory system, game not registering selection button presses and using the stick to scroll in the settings menu does not scroll.

I have multiple Xbox Series controllers and it works perfectly. It also works on steam deck.

My keyboard and mouse combo likely cost more than your monitor. My sim rig costs more than your entire PC.
