Auto Dialog advancing option?

Hi, is there a option, that I don't have to click after every sentence? So that the dialog works like a fluent conversation?

I figured, that it does skip automatic, but something after 10-30 Seconds!

I've looked through the options extensively and have found nothing. Really poor design

So funny that it does autoadvance but with a 15-20 second delay gor every single line. Would have thought they would have patched it by now. But I guess noooot.
