How to claim milestone rewards?

Hi, I have recently unlocked milestones, and just as the title says, I am having a little trouble figuring out how to claim the milestone rewards.

They're automatically collected for you. You'll notice definitively once you reach one of the skins. With how big numbers get, it's pretty easy to think they're not active. Trust.

Thank you so much, that makes a lot of sense. Part of me was thinking that they were automatically claimed and that I just did not notice, but I had dismissed those notions rather quickly.
