Cursor appears adn cant get back to game play
There seems to be a bug where I click occasionally, and my cursor appears. I can't then get it to return to the game fully. I can still walk around but can't do anything much else. I CTL Tab to try to get back, and it doesn't resolve.

You probably hit your X key which locks your target. Hit it again, you can also rebind it to something else less problematic.
