Like in the title, the B:AA PC port was abysmal and I had to mod the game extensively so it would run like an actual PC game (configuration and stuff). Is it the same case with Arkham City?

What am i doing wrong. Im in the postgame, all side missions done, all tapes and riddler challenges completed, and then going thru my achievements, got to see that i dont have pay your respects. Looked online and it says you have to wait until the song finishes. I did and no Achievement. Looked online some more and it says wait 5 minutes. So i set a timer and start it when i press A. No Achievement. Looked som more online and some people say it takes 10 minutes. Did the same thing with the timer, waited it...

when I launch batman arkham city it wont run at 60 fps. I run asylum and it runs at 60fps with v-sync but I don't know why city does not.
