option to equip laser lmgs on heavy class

i did reasearch the heavy lmg upgrade and produced 2 which i can see in engineering but when i want to edit my soldiers i can only see the standart lmg and the greyed out weapons from the other classes

more or less solved the issue i bought 2 more and now i can see them avaible when adjusting the loadouts but base on engenering i should have 4 and not just 2
