Can't figure out Engineering upgrade
How do you assign the Engineer to build the recruiting cabin? Can't figure it out. I assign him to the slot, and then what? All I see is a back button, and that doesn't do anything.

Once you assigned the engineer into the slot, if you have the required resource, press and hold the icon (yes it takes more than a few seconds), to purchase that thing
