SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO FIND GRAVEL
trying for days to find gravel on flat forest

Isn't gravel made by running blasted rock through the crusher?

Gravel is made from bedrock, which can be found approximately 40 meters below the surface. If you want to cheese it, set of 3 nukes, 1 after the other in the bottom of the first crater, and you're there.
Once you're on bedrock, it needs to be fractured with explosives (it changes from green'ish to silvergrey) before you can easily dig it. Then, as Sam mentioned above, it needs to be run through the jawcrusher and then the fractioner. This gives you gravel and metals, either to sell or process further.
