concrete roof snaping
concrete roof (as well as steel roof and wood roof) don't snap properly. Most roofs should snap lover to avoid sticking out

Watch which mode your building in. Hit B to change, I find Grid mode best for buildings

Grid mode is no different than snap mode in this mater
