Okay i don't remember her getting swallowed by a manatee in Tales of Monkey Island?
But that was a wrong answer apparently i remember Murry, being in the belly of the manatee & Casava and his crew.

Having just re-played ToMI, I can assure you Morgan was inside the manatee. You even needed to arrange a "date" with her and Noogie.
