Criminally underrated and unexpected fun.

Think Diablo's necromancer attacking bases in Starcraft and you're Ainz from the Overlord series. It's cute and grim and there is a lot of polish and effort put into it. There is a constant sense of improvement, they 100% nailed the feeling of progression from the size and power of your horde to the rebuilding of the Necropolis and accessing more upgrades, to new equipment slots becoming available organically over time. The game doesn't waste your time. I discovered this during the Halloween sale but it would also be worth it at full price. From the looks of it, this whole studio is a treasure.
