I played for a good 10 hours, and got all the collectables on every level, up to like the last world. I then, uninstalled the game because I hadnt played it for a couple weeks and I needed the space for something else. I've come back now, and my save file is gone. Wth happened? Is there any way to get it back??...

I don't really know why but my game of rayman runs perfectly, but for some reason the final level from the start of the game is missing the electoon hairs, same with the hands underwater that grab you. The arms are missing and they can just float anywhere they want. Have any solutions?...

I have done all the challenges in the first world (but did not get 100% of all the Lums), bar one of the challenges - a time challenge. Is this the reason why I have not proceeded yet to the second world? Thanks.

I literally just bought this game and I've done everything I could to make work via my controller, but the game just refuses. It wants me to use Keyboard instead. Such a pain, I need your help fixing this issue, I have tried using PS4 controller and the Xbox controller but nothing worked....

basically i open the game and its fine, but then when i press the start game and new game it just keeps does nothing. it shows the little purple reloading thing and still does nothing. i already requested a refund since it seems like no matter what i do it doesnt work but i still wanna give it a chance @Ubisoft please help...
