Not too long ago, I came across this very item, advertised here.

(That place lists itself as; "The ultimate place for the sadomasochistic self flagellating removed game collector aristocrat.", so it may not be for everyone. I'm simply trying to help by revealing a source.)

Well, like I said, I'll live without it then. I bought the game itself for £3, so I'm not spending 10x that on DLC for a famously awful game. But thanks for trying.
