In my experience you select them and order them into the van like you would into a room to work and they should just run over and pick it up but I've noticed there's been a couple instances where one or two get in the van and don't pick up the case, I think it's related to if they get interrupted by something like a zombie

yeah, half the time it bugs out when you have very limited time to even salvage. Its pretty frustrating. Not to mention it starts to destroy the room so you literally have to watch all 4 so they dont die.

i wondered about that if it was a bug or designed that way. Definately odd. I ended up refunding, which really sucks as I love the idea, just so many bugs.
