Is this game complete? or in early access, Why so many negative, was gonna get it?

Exact same question. Saw that T17 games were on sale and saw this. Was super surprised at all the negative reviews. From said reviews, it looks like the game was released in an incredibly unpolished state like an EA. So... Yeah, I suppose give it time to keep developing before buying unless it gets abandoned early.

Forget about this game. It's a huge waste of money - and as someone who was keeping an eye on it originally I have since been cured.

They seem to have gotten discouraged by the initial reception and moved on,
hope I am wrong about that but they do have a 30% sale right now on the game and its simply too soon that doesn't bode well.
