All points conquered but not a big victory

After I have conquered all 3 points in the fight, the ki offers me a ceasefire. I assume and realise that this is only counted as a victory and not as a great victory. Do you get the big victory only if you destroy all units or is that a bug?

IIRC a ceasefire can only be offered by the attacker, A great victory requires you to hold both command trenches and all victory points or the enemy must surrender so to get one on the defensive requires you to refuse a ceasefire and proceed to counter attack.

Ok it was not a ceasefire I had expressed myself wrong the enemy has surrendered.
It said if I assume the enemy surrenders and all victory points belong to me (I had already conquered them all anyway) I assume and at the end I only have one victory. It was supposed to be a big victory, right?
