The Files referring to A.Batra have the refnumer QB987 (at least thats how it looks like. the letters are very hard to read)
When I search for QB987 there is no file there.
I tried "O" instead of "Q" (although I'm pretty sure it is "Q" and Ray finds a list of employee payroll records which he states "wouldn't help" him.

Is it a bug or am I missing something?
