How can you suggest this, when you don’t own the game?

I was actually experiencing the weirdest like every 8 second stutter. Not even in games. All the time . once upon a time. Turns out it was FREAKING SYNAPSE.

DEI detected i refuse to pay for it, never support that garbage in my video games. yea apparently any third party app for RGB lighting on keyboards and mouses causes stuttering at least in games, i knew it was an issue in 2nd gen of the app but tried 3rd gen app and when i was having problems again i remembered. typical to sell only RGB garbage only for it to negatively affect your PC gaming experience insane sh*t.

Weird, I was actually going to state that this did reduce stuttering to where you really are unable to notice it. So it did improve. Unfortunately - this comment is so mindless, oddly worded and sounds like a manic breakdown rant. lol.

implying that i can not have an individual thought process on a video game because i do not own it, and am just parroting TRUE statements made about DEI, has to be one the the most brain dead takes i have ever heard. disabling steam overlay seemed to help the stutter for me a little bit, it may have just been a placebo though because im no longer constantly watching the FPS counter. I have a 13700k and a 3080ti so it wasn't really terrible to begin with but present and noticeable.
